DMCA
This page describes how to submit a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notice relating to material displayed via the embedded player.
Important
ZimDB does not host the streams. We only embed an external player based on an IMDB ID. Removal at source is required for permanent takedown.
To File a DMCA Notice
- Identify the copyrighted work (title, episode, IMDB ID).
- Identify the allegedly infringing material (full URL on ZimDB).
- Include a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- Include a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized.
- Provide your contact info: full name, company (if any), mailing address, phone, and email.
- Send to: dmca@example.com
Incomplete notices may be delayed or rejected.
Disclaimer: ZimDB does not host, upload, store or distribute any video files. It simply rewrites IMDB title URLs (imdb.com) to a convenience domain (zimdb.com) and embeds a third-party player from
vidsrc.xyz
. All streams, media, trademarks and copyrights remain with their respective owners. Use at your own risk.FAQ
- Can you remove a video immediately?: We can disable an embed on ZimDB, but the source must remove it for a permanent solution.
- Do you store infringing files?: No, we store no video files—only lightweight logs of IMDB IDs accessed.
